Our Approach

Every slab we coat is opened by diamond grinding or shot blasting, never by acid etching, so the coating bonds to a measured profile rather than to a residue-covered surface. Before we set a price, we map the cracks, spalls, old paint and patches, and we tell you plainly when a slab should be repaired or replaced instead of coated. A moisture test is written into the scope, and the proposal names the test and the reading the floor has to meet. The same proposal lists the product line, the number of coats and the finished thickness, so you can hold the installed floor up against what you bought.

We are just as direct about limits. Warranty exclusions are read out before a job is sold, starting with moisture. Cure timing follows the slab temperature and the dew point, not the calendar, so a cold unheated garage is told to wait for warmer weather.

A floor coating is never sold as radon reduction, waterproofing or flood protection. Grinding dust is vacuumed at the machine instead of being washed toward a drain, and slip resistance is specified by the broadcast and topcoat we use rather than promised as a slogan.
